Ingredients: Durum wheat semolina, durum wheat flour, dry porcini mushroom 4%, black truffle oil 0,2%.
How to cook: 1 cup mushroom & truffle oil orzo in 2,5-3 cups of boiling water or broth, leave for 3'-5' and then turn off the heat and let it rise. Add a little butter and garlic (optional) and you’re done. It can also be cooked with any other kritharoto or risotto recipe.
